Register Your Warranty
All electrical Mermade products come with a 2-year full replacement warranty. To ensure a seamless process, you can register your warranty below.
Mermade Hair warrants this product against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a two-year period from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse. If the product should become defective within the warranty period, Mermade Hair will replace item. Email returns@mermadehair.com for warranty issues and provide the batch code found on the back of the tool.
